Boosie Badazz Says His Movie Made $1 Million In 24 Hours Despite Bootleggers

Boosie Badazz says he made $1 million in 24 hours of releasing his movie despite being plagued by bootleggers.

Continuing his tumultuous relationship with social media, rapper Boosie Badazz recently let followers know that his profile was removed from Instagram once again. This time he claims because he asked Drake to promote his new documentary, My Struggle. Despite this setback, Boosie also announced that the film has already made him a million dollars.

Speaking with VladTV, the controversial artist explained that he began working on the project while behind bars and later admitted that he rounded up on his original estimate, clarifying that the movie made about $940k on its first day. This number is not bad at all, considering Boosie quoted the cost of writing, filming, and producing the movie at less than $250k.

Boosie Badazz goes on to explain that he called in a few favors from friends and associates in Baton Rouge and was able to film at several locations for free. He added that he chose not to release the production through any major company so that he could maintain ownership and land more money in his pocket from the project.

The Baton Rouge rapper doesn’t plan on stopping there. He announced that fans should expect a comedy film from him this coming Christmas and that he is working on creating his own streaming platform modeled after Netflix.

The trailer for My Struggle features some big names in hip hop, including YFN Lucci, Mo3, and Quando Rondo. In his Vlad interview, Boosie argued that he shouldn’t have to pay a production company or a streaming service to distribute his work because he has a loyal fanbase, and he has a point.

Lil Boosie has been known to say and do some outlandish things without losing much support and even manages to gain followers who show up to see the drama ensue. Despite his inability to keep an active social media account, Boosie continues to maintain his relevance by consistently grinding and creating content that people want to see.

Boosie Badazz Bought His Mother A New Cadilac Escalade

Lil Boosie gifted his mom a brand new Cadillac truck.

The Baton Rouge rapper is known for going all out for his family, whether it’s his kids or mom. So it came as no surprise when Boosie Badazz splurged on a lavish 2021 cherry red Cadillac Escalade for his mother a week ago. The rapper shared the moment he handed his mom her new car keys in an Instagram post today (Sept 16). “LOVE YA MOMA @standingongodsword NEW LAC 2021 #7daysago #justposting lmao,” he wrote in the caption.

The rapper’s mother beamed with excitement as she saw the brand new SUV for the first time. “Hold my cigarette ’cause I don’t smoke in my truck,” she said as she handed it off to someone off-camera. Boosie and his mom then exchanged hugs and kisses moments before she hopped into her new Cadillac and started exploring. The rapper could also be heard responding to his mom’s question of whether she has a car note telling her, “No you ain’t got no f***ing car note,” causing laughter to erupt among everyone present.

Fans on social media, particularly on the Shade Room post that shared the video, weighed in on the lavish gift, pointing out how humble and funny the rapper’s mom was after her smoke comment. One hilariously outlined the disparity in size between Mama Boosie and the Cadillac truck, writing, “That car is huge and she’s so tiny.” Another commenter said, “Lol old black women love driving big ass trucks.” Over on Boosie’s original post, fans were inspired by the video telling the rapper, “This bout real as it get” and “That’s what the f**c I’m talking about!!”

Boosie Badazz may be known for his bluntness in the media and for being a straight shooter, but he also has a reputation for always taking care of his family and giving them lavish gifts. “Mom Nd The kids straight.. Dad gone have a good day,” a fan commented. Just last month, the rapper posted another video of himself and family celebrating his son Ray Ray’s birthday. Boosie handed the 13-year-old $5k in cash to commemorate the occasion, an iced-out chain, and a new Rolex. “Happy 13th @rayray_damodel LOVE U SON,” the rapper wrote.

It’s just another day in the life of Lil Boosie.

Boosie Badazz On Wifing Lori Harvey: “I don’t want a car after it had 8 owners”

Boosie Badazz is doubling down on his recent comments about Lori Harvey.

In February, Boosie Badazz faced a lot of backlash from Lori Harvey’s fans after he mentioned that the model shouldn’t be “goals” for young women in a VladTV interview. Since then, the rapper has taken to social media to defend his stance on the matter, and despite the heavy criticism from fans, he has stuck to what he believes. Boosie clarified that he wasn’t hating on Harvey but pointed out that “Y’all dog the real b***es who stick by they n***a, but y’all salute the b***es who go from hand to hand. The world f**ked up.”

During his recent appearance on Respectfully with Justin LaBoy and Justin Combs, Boosie was asked about his thoughts on a certain lady who has been getting a pass for dating several men in the industry back to back while the women before her never got that pass. While Lil Boosie was initially hesitant to speak on the matter, claiming that a lot of people were already mad at him over what he said previously, he eventually defended his comments again.

According to Boosie, he wouldn’t want a car that has had eight owners because he wouldn’t love it the same. “I was really trying to be respectful, but you know my words come out f**ked up,” said Boosie about the last time he spoke on Lori Harvey. “I ain’t mean nothing by it, but I say what I mean and I mean what I say… I don’t want a car after it had eight owners. I’m not gonna take it home and wash it the same. I’m not gonna love it the same.”

The rapper explained that people were trying to argue that he can’t know for sure that the model had been with these men sexually, but he thought it was a given. “Well, in my world, we f**king,” Boosie said about the retort. “We’re sexually related. It’s realism. If you think we’re takin’ trips with women and and we’re going sightseeing…” he continued. “This the real world. When we get seen with women we actually… we’re not going to the movies. Like we grown.”

Boosie Badazz later clarified that he had no problem with what Lori Harvey was doing, but he does, however, disagree with young women framing her lifestyle as “goals.” He also clarified that he would still love to “have fun” with a beautiful woman like her, but he would never wife her.

“Like I said, I wouldn’t wife her but I still would love to have fun with her. With a woman that beautiful,” Boosie explained. “I don’t have no problem with what she’s doing. ‘Cause I still tend to women like that. I was just saying, the ‘goals’ part I was looking at it different as the ‘goals’ for younger women.” According to the Baton Rouge rapper, he just said what a lot of people were afraid to say because he doesn’t care what people say about him.

Do you think Boosie made a fair assessment in saying Harvey shouldn’t be “goals” for younger women?

Dwyane Wade Explains Why He Thanks Boosie Badazz For Comments About Zaya

NBA superstar Dwyane Wade is surprisingly thankful to Boosie Badazz and J-Boog over homophobic comments they have made regarding his 13-year-old transgender daughter, citing them as conversation starters.

The proud and unapologetic dad made this known during the latest podcast episode of “I Am Athlete,” aptly titled “Dwyane Wade: G.O.A.T. of Parenting.” Since the public’s knowledge of the gender status of Wade’s child, he and his wife, Gabrielle Union, have come under heavy fire from friends, family, fans, and critics.

Thankfully, they have firmly stood by teenage transgender daughter Zaya Wade’s side and supported her non-stop throughout the entirety of her journey.

Back in February 2020, Dwyane Wade attended Good Morning America, where he divulged aspects of his daughter’s resolution to identify as female. That is when rapper Boosie Badazz did what he does best, spoke his mind. However, his rant was not well received as it was laden with homophobic stigma.

“I gotta say something about this sh*t,” an infuriated Boosie said. “Dwyane Wade, you’ve gone too f**king far, bro. That is a male. A 12-year-old.”

He later addressed his statements during a “Hot Boxin’ With Mike Tyson” podcast, explaining that he “got offended ’cause it’s a child”. He added, “If it was an 18-year-old, 19-year-old grown person, I wouldn’t have said anything, but that’s a child. I felt like a child ain’t… at 12, can’t make that decision. And certain things I talk about like that, that was going too far. You calling him a her, that’s going too far.”

Although the host agreed with Boosie Badazz’s statements, he made sure to make it clear that it wasn’t their business to speak on, to which Boosie responded, issuing an apology. “Oh yeah, I apologize to Dwyane Wade. I mean what I said but … I shouldn’t have said the sh*t about your child,” he said.

Zaya recently took part in an interview with former first lady Michelle Obama, and this, of course, ignited a bevy of hurtful statements. Singer J-Boog termed the interview as “demonic,” and rapper Lil Mama also weighed in sharing his sentiments. She drew reference to transgender children likening them to dogs and cats, resulting in her facing harsh criticism.

During the “I Am Athlete” interview Dwyane Wade made use of the opportunity to address the critics, but not as how you would have imagined. He began, “At the end of the day, what I’m dealing with people, I’m dealing with life and death.”

He spoke about the high suicide rate in the transgender community and stated he does not want his child to go down that path simply because of non-acceptance. “It’s people in the transgender community that are getting killed. Its kids that are murdering themselves, that are hanging themselves; they’re killing themselves because of something as simple as acceptance. Something as simple as unconditional love is not being given to these kids and I’ll be damned if my child gon’ be that person because of something as simple as me supporting who you are.”

He then addressed both Boosie and J-Boog and thanked them for being vocal as, through their actions, they have allowed conversations to be had about transgender individuals. “So, Boosie, all the people who got something to say, J-Boog, who just came out recently… all the people who got something to say about my kids, I thank you because you’re allowing the conversation to keep going forward because you know what? You might not have the answer today, I don’t have all the answers, but we’re growing from all these conversations.”

Wade’s fans are now sending out an outpouring of love, support, and respect for him as they regard him as an inspiring and amazing father.

Mystikal Says NBA YoungBoy Is His Favorite Artist Right Now

Mystikal says NBA Youngboy is among his top 3 favorite artists out right now.

Mystikal has had a rough couple of years. He has served six years in prison, was cleared of rape charges, and even found his own sister murdered in their home. While all this turmoil was taking place in his life, he was still able to continue his musical career and keep dropping hit tracks.

He did an interview recently with VladTV, where he did a thorough walk-through of his experiences over the past few years. During the interview, he mentioned Boosie Badazz and Lil Wayne as two of his all-time favorite artists. He also revealed that NBA YoungBoy was now the artiste he considered his favorite along with Lil Baby and DaBaby.

He made mention of NBA YoungBoy’s frequent legal troubles and said it “goes hand in hand.” He then issued a direct message to the young rapper. “YoungBoy, just always remember dude, you can always take refuge and take shelter in your music. That’s what he does. That why when it come out, that’s why we feel his music like that because he wear it on his sleeve.”

NBA Youngboy has faced a slew of legal issues, including being investigated by the federal authorities, and last October, he was even accused of assault. He was arrested at one point while shooting a music video. Mystikal, who is originally from New Orleans, is a rapper, actor, and songwriter. His first album “Mystikal” was released in 1994. He has done six studio albums to date, with his last album, “Tarantula,” released in 2001. In December 2020, he was cleared of rape and kidnapping charges stemming from an October 2016 incident.

He is best known for the track “Shake It Fast,” which peaked at number 13 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.

Boosie Badazz Brother Dodges Jail Time For Stealing Money From Rapper

Boosie Badazz brother avoids jail time for allegedly stealing $300,000 from the rapper.

A couple months ago, the Baton Rouge rapper posted a video on social media venting about his family member who stole hundreds of thousands of dollars from him. Turns out he went ahead and filed charges against his brother, Taquari Hatch, for allegedly siphoning $361,000 from his account. TMZ reported that the district attorney has decided not to file charges despite cops busting him for stealing the money.

Taquari Hatch was arrested and charged with fraud and identity theft after he allegedly posed as Boosie and authorized several wire transfers. Boosie brother has maintained his innocence and now the D.A. is siding with him and not file any charges due to sufficient evidence.

Taquari posted a video responding to the allegations saying that he has his piece of mind because he is innocent. “So the last thing is like, we see how social media trials played out all the time,” he said. “But trolling, all trolls that don’t bother me all of that sh*t I see it all the time. There is no piece of mind like knowing that you’re innocent. You can’t buy that, can’t nobody hook you up with that, your influence can’t get that. Knowing that you’re innocent is piece of mind that is priceless, and that is what I got in this situation.”

He also added that he will need a little more time to fully clear his name.

[Intro: Lil Boosie]
When you ain’t loyal it come back to haunt you for real
Wish you was loyal now
Turn me up, turn me up

[Hook: Lil Boosie]
Girl you weren’t loyal to me

Girl you weren’t loyal to me
Now you wish you was loyal
Girl you weren’t loyal to me

[Verse 1: Lil Boosie]
From the jump you was fucked up
From the jump you was fucked up, I was blind though
Man I never should of loved her
Man I never should of trust her, she was fine though
I’m gonna let ’em know it’s certain shit
Treat a nigga like a real nigga, treat his side ho
I had lil dough, he had big dough
Big dough’ll make an unloyal bitch though
Bitch had me hypnotized cause she fucked up
Bitch always gotta go, what the fuck for?
Always with her friends but they freaky
Sneaking and you’re geeking with your cheating ass
Year passed and you called, I ain’t home
Sitting on that check and you sitting broke at home
Head hurting cause your bill due on your phone
While I’m sitting on mils and I’m sitting on the throne

[Hook: Lil Boosie]
Girl you weren’t loyal to me
Your girls, they told you, do you
Girl you weren’t loyal to me
Now you wish you was loyal
Girl you weren’t loyal to me

[Verse 2: Rich Homie Quan]

I fucked 15 hoes, get it in
Boosie Badazz, Rich Homie, we out of here again, again, again
Bitches ain’t shit, they ain’t loyal
They’ll fuck you and fuck your partner
Then they might act like they ain’t know about it

Girl you weren’t loyal to me
No, you weren’t loyal to me
Girl you weren’t loyal to me
No, you wish you was loyal now

[Verse 3: Lil Boosie]
Remember (?) in the park (?) mama
Getting fixed food by your mama
Now your mama looking at the BET awards
Like “that supposed to be my son in law”
Look like karma coming back to get you
Heard you got a nigga and he hit you
Heard you got a nigga and he broke though
And you ain’t got no job, you a broke ho
Girl you weren’t loyal to me
I ain’t know, back then I ain’t know though
I must have been tripping off the dodo
I thought we was Dorothy and Todo
Looking through the flicks and I ran ‘cross a photo
Me in my Levi’s you in the Polo
Back then you ain’t think it’d end up like this, huh?
Me in the G5, you on the bus though
She got the running out of lies like Johnny Test
Always got to leave when it’s time to stay
Shit ain’t the same when it’s time to leave
Even turn her nose up when I try to play
Back then I was lost tryna find a way
Hitting up a line tryna find my pay
When I need a ride or die she would ride away
Girl you know what I’m tryna say

[Hook: Lil Boosie]
Girl you weren’t loyal to me
Your girls, they told you, do you
Girl you weren’t loyal to me
Now you wish you was loyal
Girl you weren’t loyal to me
No, you weren’t loyal to me
Girl you weren’t loyal to me
No, you wish you was loyal now
Your friends, they told you do you
Girl you weren’t loyal to me
Now you wish you was loyal
Girl you weren’t loyal to me
No, you weren’t loyal to me
Girl you weren’t loyal to me
No, you wish you was loyal now

[Outro]
Now, now, too late now
Now, now, you wish you was loyal now
Now, now, too late now
Now, now, you wish you was loyal now
