The woman was sentenced to restraint of freedom for a period of 1 year 4 months. In addition, she must compensate the victim for moral damage in the amount of 50 thousand rubles, according to the RF IC.
The maximum punishment that threatened the accused under this article is two years in prison.
Incident occurred at the end of February this year. The nurse, being drunk, provoked a conflict with her ward, born in 1922. She threatened the elderly woman with murder, and also hit her several times on the head and torso.
Hearing the screams, the neighbors called the police. The pensioner was hospitalized, and the nurse was arrested.
